Recovery raid logical drive with HP p410

Recovery raid logical drive with HP p410

cant get any progress with rebuild process, with hpsmartcd i can only
remove logical drive and post screen does not show anything. i have Post
Prompt Timeout: 255 secs setting but this still not works.
